REFUND & RETURN POLICY

1. OVERVIEW

Your satisfaction matters to us. Because we operate a wholesale business, our return and refund terms differ by order type: standard wholesale orders, custom (OEM/ODM) orders, and samples.

2. QUALITY GUARANTEE

We stand behind the quality of every product. Every order is inspected before shipment. If you receive damaged or defective items, we will replace them or issue a refund in line with the terms below.

3. INSPECTION & CLAIMS WINDOW

Please inspect your shipment upon receipt and notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of any damaged or defective items. Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

4. STANDARD WHOLESALE ORDERS

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and include all tags and original packaging. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

5. CUSTOM / OEM / ODM ORDERS

Custom orders — including private-label, custom-branded, and made-to-order products — are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects, because they are produced to your specifications. Defective custom items will be replaced or credited per the claims process above.

6. SAMPLES

Sample orders are non-refundable and non-returnable, as they are provided to help you evaluate quality before purchase. Sample shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

7. REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days of approval. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours. Custom orders are excluded from refunds except for defects.

8. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR REFUND

Contact us at support@xingyefashion.com with your order number, item details, and photos of any issue. We'll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions within 2 business days.

9. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders that have not yet entered production or shipment may be canceled, and any deposit paid will be refunded. Once production or shipment has begun, standard cancellation terms apply.
