Prices are quoted in USD and may change without notice. For first-time orders, a deposit of 50% is required, with the balance due before shipment. We accept the payment methods listed on our website. Prices do not include shipping, duties, or taxes unless stated otherwise.
5. CUSTOMIZATION AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
For custom (OEM/ODM) orders, you grant us the right to manufacture products according to your specifications, and you are responsible for ensuring that you own the rights to any designs, logos, artwork, or trademarks you provide. Designs and content on our website and our products are our intellectual property and may not be reproduced without permission. Exclusive designs and colorways developed for you remain subject to the exclusivity terms agreed in writing.
